We build the fix
for what costs you hours.

Websites with bookings and payments built in, and tools to handle the weekly work nobody should do by hand.

Selected work

Live for clients.

Each project starts with what the problem was costing the owner.

Brand site + orders · 2026

A catering brand, now as good online as the food is in person.

En Llamas 87 · Parrilla & catering

Great food, no website: Instagram and a phone number were all there was. Now there's a site, shot with their own food, built for online orders and catering requests.

What it does
Online ordering · Card payments · Automatic kitchen tickets · Catering requests · 3D scrolling
Built with

Next.js · Three.js / R3F · GSAP · Lenis · Stripe · Resend

  • The page moves like a grill: 3D and motion following your scroll
  • Online orders are paid by card on their own site
  • A paid order becomes a ticket for the kitchen by itself, and the customer lands on a receipt
  • Catering and bulk-order requests have their own forms

Lead generation · 2026

Their work was already the best ad, but it sat where nobody saw it.

Custom Auto Care LLC · Auto detailing & body

Years of before-and-after footage sat in a camera roll. The site puts it in order, with an inquiry form at the bottom.

What it does
Before-and-after videos · Customer messages straight to the owner's inbox · Thank-you page · Nothing to renew
Built with

HTML · CSS · JavaScript · Video optimization · Git

  • Real cars, mid-job, playing as you scroll. No stock footage
  • An inquiry lands straight in the owner's inbox, and the sender gets a thank-you page
  • Written by hand, with no page builder to break the site in an update
  • We picked and cut the footage too, so the photo direction is ours

Clothing store · 2026

A clothing label with a storefront, not a direct message.

EXSTSY · New York clothing brand

Nine pieces, small runs, finished by hand. Selling meant answering messages one at a time. Now the site takes the order and the card.

What it does
Online store · Card payments · Stock checked before charging · Sold-out sizes marked · Branded order emails
Built with

Next.js 16 · React 19 · TypeScript · Stripe · Resend

  • Card payments on the brand's own site, so no marketplace takes a cut
  • Sold-out sizes stay on the site marked sold. Running out is the point of a small run
  • It re-checks size and stock before it charges, so nothing sells twice
  • The confirmation email is the brand's own, and a failed send is logged, not lost

Institutional redesign · 2026

People already know their way around it, so the structure stays.

FUNIPSI · Foundation · Neiva, Huila, Colombia

A foundation's site is a public record. So every page stays where people expect it, and only the look and the navigation were rebuilt. Live since September 2026.

What it does
Ten-page redesign · Every page where it was · Live search · Photo gallery · Keyboard and contrast checked
Built with

HTML · CSS · JavaScript · WordPress theme · Accessibility · Git

  • Ten pages rebuilt on the original menu, so regular visitors find everything where they left it
  • Written by hand, with no page builder to break or pay for
  • Nothing loads from a third party until the visitor agrees. Videos only download when someone presses play
  • A filtered photo gallery, live search across news and public records, and keyboard and contrast checked throughout

Full builds, working today. The businesses haven't switched them on yet.

Booking system · Full build · not yet launched by the business

He was losing appointments to voicemail. Now clients book themselves.

Groom by Harry · Dog grooming salon

With a dog on the table, the phone goes to voicemail. Now clients book online themselves.

What it does
Online booking · Real open times · No double-bookings · Owner's own dashboard · Calendar invites
Built with

Next.js 16 · TypeScript · Prisma · libSQL · Tailwind v4

  • The page shows real open slots, built from the hours he keeps
  • No double-booking. Two dogs never get the same 1:30
  • Cancelling, blocking off a day, going away for a week: he does it from his own dashboard
  • Confirmed bookings land in the customer's calendar on their own

Online store · Full build · not yet launched by the business

Order ahead on your phone, pick it up at the counter.

Ghosttown Coffee · Coffee shop · Kings Park, NY

An online store and order-ahead pickup, built and working. Place a full order on the demo. Payments and order emails switch on when the shop connects its own accounts.

What it does
Order ahead for pickup · Pickup codes · Follows the shop's hours · Card-payment ready · Built for phones
Built with

Next.js · TypeScript · Stripe · Resend · Nodemailer

  • Card payments on the shop's own site, so no marketplace takes a cut
  • Receipts are built to send themselves. The customer gets the confirmation, the counter gets the ticket
  • Ordering follows the shop's real hours and stops ten minutes before close
  • Built for phones first, since almost nobody orders a latte at a desk

Behind the scenes

The half of the work nobody sees.

A tool to do the reading, and a server to keep scheduled jobs running.

  1. Sourcing

Two thousand notices, four worth reading

A Colombian foundation read public contract notices by hand to find the few it qualified to bid on. This tool reads them instead: 2,201 notices over sixty days, down to 4. Every result says why it was picked, and a failed run re-checks the window instead of losing it.

    Built with

SECOP II (Colombia's public procurement portal)

  2. Infrastructure

    Automation running on its own

Scheduled jobs, jobs triggered by an incoming email, and links between your apps, all running on your own hardware. No per-seat bill, and no vendor price change to switch them off.

    Built with

    n8n (self-hosted) · Docker · Postgres
