Meta ads reporting in FlowWays OS

• Totals for a date range: spend, reach and clicks across the connected ad account.
• Leads and bookings from the same period, shown next to the ad figures, for comparing spend against results.

Starts with

The owner opens Settings > Connections in FlowWays OS and selects Connect Meta Ads, then signs in on Meta's own consent screen.

You pick

Meta shows the ad accounts the signed-in user is allowed to see. The owner picks one. FlowWays reads only the picked account, through the Marketing API's read-only ads_read permission.

Runs on its own

A sync reads the previous day's ad figures once a day, for the picked account only.

You get

Spend, reach and clicks, alongside the leads and bookings the business tracked for the same period.

FlowWays reads ad results with the ads_read permission alone. It doesn't request ads_management, and there's no button in FlowWays OS to create, edit, pause or delete a campaign, an ad set or an ad. The owner keeps full control of their account in Meta Ads Manager, exactly as before connecting it.

Disconnecting in Settings > Connections deletes the stored token at once and stops the daily sync. The figures already read stay in the owner's report until deleted there with the report's own Delete button. Email flowways.dev@gmail.com to ask for full account deletion instead.

Owners of small businesses on a FlowWays OS plan: auto shops, salons, restaurants, contractors and similar local businesses. Each owner connects their own account and sees only their own figures. FlowWays staff don't use this feature to manage a client's campaigns.
