Online booking with real open times, and the reminders sent for you
Customers pick a service, a person if you have a team, and an open time, day or night. You see every booking in one place. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and you own the whole thing.
How the booking works
- Real open times. Your hours, each person’s hours, breaks between appointments and days off are all taken into account, so nothing gets double-booked.
- Your services and your staff. Customers pick what they want and who they want it with.
- Blocking off time takes two clicks. Closing a day, going away for a week or cancelling happens from your own dashboard, without calling anyone.
- Deposits and cancellation rules if you want them. The money goes to your own payment account.
- On your site, or its own page. It sits on your current website or opens as a booking page of its own.
Confirmations and reminders, automated
- Every booking gets an email confirmation and a reminder, sent on its own, with your name and logo. You edit the wording.
- Customers cancel or move a booking with one link, so the change reaches your calendar without a phone call.
- Text reminders go only to customers who ask for texts. Replies come to you, and the texting is registered in your business name.
- Confirmed bookings land in the customer’s own calendar.
Where you’ve seen it
- Groom by Harry, a dog grooming salon. With a dog on the table, the phone went to voicemail. We built a booking system showing real open slots from the hours he keeps, with no double-booking and his own dashboard for days off. It’s a full build, not yet switched on by the business. See the project.
- Our own calls. We book our intro calls on what we build. Booking a call with us shows you the customer side.
- The demo. The demos page shows the booking page and the admin view for Demo Studio, a made-up business, next to the website chat and the phone line.
Booking on its own, or the whole Hub
Booking works as an add-on to any site we build, with the confirmations, text reminders and review requests added as you need them. A Working Site with booking takes about three to four weeks.
FlowWays Hub is our monthly plan: the booking calendar you edit yourself, automatic reminders, every lead in one list, your numbers, and an owner login on your own website. Both are on the services page.
Questions owners ask
Do I need a new website for this?
No. The booking page sits on your current site or opens as its own page.
Why not a booking app with a monthly fee?
Booking apps suit plenty of businesses. A build makes sense when the app’s rules don’t match how you schedule, or when you want the booking page and the customer list under your own name. On the call we’ll tell you which fits.
Will two customers get the same time?
No. Your hours, each person’s hours, breaks and days off are checked before a time is offered. Two customers never get the same slot.
What does it cost?
Each project is quoted in writing after a free 20-minute call. Running costs such as text messages are billed to you by the texting service, in your name, apart from our fee.
Often built together
- Missed call text back: the text points the caller to your booking page.
