Bilingual web design on Long Island, in English and Spanish

A website your customers read in the language they think in, and behind it the systems taking the order, the booking or the paperwork off your hands. We’re based in Hicksville, and Spanish is our founder’s first language.

Who it’s for

Businesses whose customers are split between English and Spanish, or where half of them read Spanish first. A restaurant, a shop, a service business, a company with a Spanish-speaking team: if you are already explaining everything twice at the counter or on the phone, the website should do it once, properly, in both languages.

Size doesn’t matter. The same approach works for a single storefront and for a company with a back office behind it.

What gets built

  • Two complete versions of the site, one per language, each at its own address, so Google shows the Spanish page to someone searching in Spanish. This page and its Spanish twin are set up the same way.
  • A visible language switch on every page, not a flag hidden in a menu.
  • Copy written in each language, not run through a translator: natural, neutral Latin American Spanish, right for a customer from any country.
  • The system behind the site where the business needs one: online ordering with card payments, booking with live availability, confirmation emails, or an automation for the job someone does by hand every week.

The website is often where a project starts. It is rarely where the value is. The value is usually in the part behind it.

Work behind it

  • En Llamas 87, Franklin Square: a modern Latin American grill. Its site was built for online ordering with card payments, with every paid order written up as a kitchen ticket automatically. The site is in English, and the brand keeps its Spanish where it belongs: Amantes de la Parrilla.
  • FUNIPSI (opens in a new tab): a foundation in Neiva, Colombia, whose site is entirely in Spanish. We rebuilt the look and the navigation and kept every page where people already expect to find it.

More builds, with what each one had to fix, are on the work page.

How long it takes

A bilingual site is part of The Full Build, which is quoted on its own scope. For scale: a single-language Storefront takes about two weeks, and a Working Site with booking or an online store about three to four. A second language adds writing and review time, and the written quote says exactly how much before anything starts.

How pricing works

Every project is fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing before we start: half up front, half at launch, and no hourly billing. The packages and what each one includes are on the work page. The first conversation is twenty minutes and free.

What you own afterwards

  • The site is yours. Client projects remain the property of the client.
  • Your accounts stay yours. Payments go into your own Stripe account, and we don’t hold your keys.
  • You run it yourself. You’re shown how, and internal tools come with a plain-English handover document.
  • We don’t run marketing, social media or Google Business Profiles. You get a setup guide for your Business Profile, and the account stays in your name.
