Custom software for the way your business works, on Long Island and in NYC

When the software you pay for doesn’t match how your team works, people fill the gap with spreadsheets and copy-paste. We build the tool around your process instead: a dashboard, a customer record, a store, or a replacement for the spreadsheet your team has outgrown.

What we build

  • Internal tools: trackers, checklists and dashboards your team opens every day.
  • Customer records and lead lists, with where each lead came from.
  • A replacement for the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch, built on the data your team already keeps.
  • Online stores and ordering with card payments, where stock is checked before every charge.
  • Booking systems with real open times and an owner dashboard.
  • The fix for software someone else built, when it’s broken or slow and nobody is left to explain it.

Software we’ve shipped

  • EXSTSY, a New York clothing label. The store re-checks size and stock before it charges, so nothing sells twice. Sold-out sizes stay on the site, marked sold, and a failed confirmation email is logged, not lost. Live at exstsy.com. See the project.
  • Groom by Harry, a dog grooming salon. A booking system with real open slots, no double-booking and the owner’s own dashboard. A full build, not yet switched on by the business. See the project.
  • A contract-notice reader. 2,201 public notices over sixty days, narrowed down to the 4 a foundation qualified for, each with the reason it was picked.
  • FlowWays Hub. Our own monthly plan runs on software we wrote: a booking calendar the owner edits, every lead in one list, and the numbers, behind an owner login on the client’s own site.

Custom, or an app off the shelf?

If a well-known app already does the job and your team likes it, keep it. Custom makes sense when you pay for seats nobody uses, when two apps don’t pass data to each other, or when the workaround has become a spreadsheet with its own rules.

On the free call we tell you which case you’re in. When an existing product is the cheaper answer, we say so.

What you own afterwards

  • The code and the accounts are in your name. Client projects remain the property of the client.
  • No monthly seat fee on internal tools, and a plain-English handover document for whoever picks them up later.
  • Payments go into your own Stripe account, and we don’t hold your keys.
  • Built by an engineer. Santiago Vargas Borja, the founder, is a mechanical engineer: break the problem into parts, measure it, fix it for good. About Santiago.

How it goes, and how it’s priced

  1. A free 20-minute call

You show us the process and the tools around it. We say straight whether custom software is the answer.

  2. A fixed quote, in writing

Scoped to your process: what’s included, what it costs and when it’s done. Half up front, half at launch, no hourly billing.

  3. Built in the open

You get a private link the day we start and watch it come together.

  4. Launch and handover

We set it up, show your team how to run it, and stay around for changes.

Questions owners ask

Do you work with businesses in New York City?

Yes. We’re based in Hicksville on Long Island and work across New York City and Long Island, and remotely with everyone else.

What do you build with?

Mostly Next.js, TypeScript and Python, with Stripe for payments and Postgres or libSQL for data. We pick what fits the job and what the next developer will know.

Our current system is a mess. Where do we start?

With a diagnosis in writing, either way, and a fixed quote before we touch anything. If a rebuild costs less than a repair, we tell you.
