Who runs this site

This is the website of FlowWays. FlowWays is operated by Santiago Vargas Borja, an individual based in New York. It is not a separately registered company, and Santiago Vargas Borja is the person responsible for the information described on this page.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.

When you visit, we count page views with PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service. We record which page you opened, the site you came from (or the campaign tag in the link, such as utm_source), your browser and device type, and an approximate location (country and region). PostHog receives your IP address with each visit, as every web service does, and uses it to estimate where you are. We also record clicks on our own buttons, such as "Let's talk", and whether a form send worked or failed.

We never record what you type into a form. There are no session recordings, no heatmaps, and no automatic tracking of everything you click.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Each page view stands alone, so we don't recognize you from one visit to the next, and we never link visits to your name or email. There are no advertising cookies and no visitor profiling.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the analytics script doesn't load at all.

Why

Analytics: to see which pages people find useful and where visitors come from, to improve the site.

Contact form details: solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Resend: delivers the contact form message as an email. Your name, email and message pass through it.

Vercel: hosts this site and, like any web host, processes standard server request data.

PostHog: counts visits as described above. Its servers are in the United States, and it keeps the data for us to see how the site is used.

Each acts only for the purpose above.

Google Translate: only if you press the ES language button. The button opens the page through Google’s translation service, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to the visit. The site itself loads nothing from Google.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept in an ordinary mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
