A Google review request after each visit, with one reminder

After a visit, the customer gets one short message with a link to your Google reviews. If they never open it, one reminder follows. Then it stops.

The problem

Happy customers mean to leave a review and forget by the time they get home. Asking in person feels awkward, and asking by hand gets skipped on busy days.

What runs on its own

  • One ask per visit, 2 hours after the visit gets marked done, by email, and by text once texting is connected.
  • One link, straight to your Google review page.
  • One reminder, only if the first message was never opened.
  • Every customer gets asked. The system never picks who to ask based on how the visit went.
  • Quiet hours. Nothing goes out between 9 PM and 8 AM.

What you approve

  • The wording of the ask and the reminder.
  • Your Google review link, saved once.
  • The switch. Turn it off any time.

A real example

Our own Google profile, FlowWays Development and Automations, has four reviews from real clients. Read them on our home page or on Google (opens in a new tab).

Here is how the ask runs inside FlowWays OS, with a made-up business:

Starts with
At 3 PM the owner marks a visit as done.
Runs on its own
At 5 PM the customer gets one message with the review link. If it never gets opened, one reminder goes later.
The owner approves
The words of both messages and the review link.
Result
Every customer gets asked, at the right time, without anyone remembering to.

Questions owners ask

Is it allowed to ask every customer?

Yes. Google’s rules forbid asking only the happy ones, so the system asks everyone and never filters who gets asked.

Do you write reviews for us?

No. Reviews come from your real customers only.

What does it cost?

Quoted in writing after a free 20-minute call, on its own or as part of FlowWays OS.
