Good to know
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, before your first lash set, lift or tint. It takes 10 minutes, it’s free, and we do it at least 48 hours before your appointment.
How should I arrive for lashes?
With clean lashes: no mascara and no eye makeup. Take out contact lenses before we start. Plan to lie still with your eyes closed for the whole set.
How long does a lash lift last?
Six to eight weeks. Brow lamination lasts about six weeks. Skip water and steam on them for the first 24 hours.
I have a skin condition. Which facial do I book?
Book the free skin check first. Your esthetician goes over it at your visit and picks the treatment with you.
What if I need to cancel?
Move or cancel from the link in your reminder text up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, we charge half the service.
Where do I park?
Free lot behind the building. Turn in from Fennel Court. Our door is the second one on the left.
How do I pay?
Card, tap or cash, after your appointment. Nothing is charged when you book. Tips go to your artist.
