One pet on the table at a time

Quiet between steps. Your pet rests on a blanket in a kennel away from the dryers, and only while the next step gets set up.

Cats get their own mornings. Tuesday and Thursday from 8 to 11 AM, no dogs in the salon.

We write it down. The cut you asked for, the shampoo, the spot behind the ear they hate. It’s there next time.

Prices by size

Every bath includes nails, ears and a sanitary trim. Weigh-ins happen at drop-off, and the price you see here is the price you pay.

How a visit goes

Most grooms take two to three hours from drop-off. We text you the minute your pet is ready, so you make one trip back.

1

Drop-off

Between 8 and 9:30 AM. Tell us the cut, or show us a photo. We check vaccines and note anything your pet hates.

2

The text

When the last brush-out is done, we text you. Your pet waits in a quiet kennel with a blanket.

Text message · 11:20 AM

Questions

Which vaccines does my pet need?

Dogs need rabies, DHPP and bordetella. Cats need rabies and FVRCP. Bring proof to the first visit, or ask your vet to email it to us before you come.

My dog is matted. What happens?

We brush out light mats at $15 per 15 minutes. Heavy mats hurt to brush out, so we shave the coat short and let it grow back. We call you before we start either one.

My dog gets nervous at the groomer.

Book June. The first visit is short, with breaks, and we stop and call you if your dog gets too stressed. Many nervous dogs settle by the third visit.

Do you groom cats?

Yes, on cat mornings: Tuesday and Thursday from 8 to 11 AM, with no dogs in the salon. Ana grooms every cat. A cat groom is $88 and a lion cut is $118.

How long does a groom take?

A bath and brush-out takes 60 to 90 minutes and a full groom 90 to 150, depending on size and coat. Most pets go home two to three hours after drop-off. We text you when yours is ready.

Where do I park?

Free parking in the lot behind the salon, with the entrance on Brindle Lane. There is a ramp at the back door, so no steps with a big dog or a carrier.
