When we miss your call.

Our phones go quiet when both techs are on jobs. These three things keep you from waiting on a callback.

Questions we get.

How soon will a tech come?

Book before noon on a weekday and we aim for the same afternoon. The booking page shows every open two-hour window, so you see the real times before you pick one.

What does the $89 diagnostic visit include?

A tech finds the problem, tests the system and texts you the repair price in writing. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 comes off the bill.

Do you work on Sundays?

Sunday is for no-heat and no-AC calls, 8 AM to 6 PM. Call (516) 555-0188. A Sunday visit costs $60 more.

Which towns do you cover?

Massapequa, Seaford, Wantagh, Bellmore, Amityville and Farmingdale. If you live a little outside them, call and ask.

Do you install new systems?

Yes. Furnaces, boilers, central air, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. The in-home quote is free, takes about an hour, and comes in writing with two or three options.

How do I pay?

The invoice arrives by text when the job is done. Pay by card from the link, or by card or check before the tech leaves.

Pick a two-hour window.

We text the morning of the visit, and again when the tech is 20 minutes away.
